Park Rules
Occupiers are responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of their children who should be supervised at all times.
There is a 5mph speed limit on the whole park.

We expect everyone to have courtesy, respect and consideration at all times to neighbours and caravan owners. Bad language, unruly and intimidating behaviour will not be tolerated.

FIRE
All caravans must be fitted with a fire extinguisher. In the event of fire:

1. Ensure the caravan is evacuated.
2. Raise the alarm
3. Call the fire Brigade from the nearest telephone.
4. Alert the park owners.

No ball games when the field is fully used by tents or caravans. Ball games will be stopped if the balls hit caravans, tents etc.

DO NOT allow your children to play in or around the toilet blocks or the waste disposal areas.

Leave your pitch as clean as you found it. We tidy up everywhere on the park and have the right to expect our customers to clean the area they have used behind them. There are bottle banks and can banks to help with recycling. Do not throw bottles in the bins before 9am and after 9pm. We have provided crates for you to use at these times. Do not throw hot disposable barbeques or hot coals in the bins

The use of Electric heaters in awnings is strictly forbidden.

Brompton Caravan Park is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage to property or persons. Customers must ensure that they have adequate insurance and their property is secured.

The price for fishing is only included in the price of our seasonal pitches

Pick up after your dog. Never let your dogs roam free, including around your caravan or tent. Keep them on a lead on the surrounding farm land. They may run free on the dog walking area only.

Please ensure that all music making devices are turned off at 10.30pm. We also insist that there is absolute quite after midnight.

WELL BEHAVED teenagers are welcome when part of a family group.

We insist that all children are in the company of their parents from dusk every night.

The play park is closed at dusk each night. No ball games after this time.

Gazebos are not permitted on the tent field

Open fires are not allowed any where on the park. Place disposable barbeques on stones so the grass does not become burnt. Do not stoke your barbeque up to make an open fire, once you have finished cooking it must be allowed to cool.

REMOVAL OF CARAVANS: Caravans left on site beyond the booked period will be charged at the current daily rate. They may be towed off pitch and clamped pending settlement of any outstanding accounts. Where a van is towed off pitch the storage costs is £14.00 a day and a charge of £30.00 will be made for towing.

STORED CARAVANS: If you are storing your caravan during the week please unplug from the power supply when you are not in residence.
CARS: Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch. Extra cars must be parked in the car park at a fee of at £2.00per night. Please remember the 5mph speed limit

COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are not permitted on site.

ELECTRIC AND MOTOR DRIVEN SCOOTERS are not allowed on the park

Respect of the flora on the park is expected. Please do not allow children to climb, break or otherwise damage the trees and bushes.

Failure to comply with the park rules will lead to eviction from the park. In these circumstances the company shall not be under any liability to the persons involved and shall be discharged from further performance of its obligations. The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person, caravan or vehicle.
