When you arrive you will be asked to pay any fees that have not been already covered by your deposit. We will also ask for a returnable deposit of £5.00 each for a key to gain access to the toilets and showers and a card to get in the electric barriers. If at the end of your stay you give us back both items your deposit will be returned. If you should lose one of the items we will ask for another deposit to supply another key or card. So remember you will need a £10.00 note on arrival.

You will need certain other information from you on arrival obviously your name and address and we will also need your vehicle number. This should be the number of the vehicle towing your caravan or trailer tent and the number that is on the unit. If we need to find you we will do so by the number on the caravan.

Please do not forget that although the river is very nice that it is also a dangerous place for children and they really cannot be allowed to go near the river on their own. They must be supervised at all times.

When you ring to book you may ask for a particular pitch or to be next to friends. We will always try to put you where you wish to be and will endeavour to get you next to your friends or family but we cannot guarantee this. You will be allocated a pitch on arrival. We have to do this as people are prone to taking up two pitches or even three when left to pitch themselves. So do not try to find yourself a pitch as we may have to move you.

If any post should arrive for you while you are staying with us, this will be kept in the office for you to collect. If you are expecting some post please let us know when you arrive or as soon as you can.

Our site shop is open all day at the weekends but during the week in the holiday times it will open at 8.30 till 2pm and then again from 4pm to 5pm.
When the park is quiet the shop will only open 8.30am to 10am and again 4pm to 5pm. On Sundays the shop shuts at 2pm to give us time to clean up the park after the weekend.
We have a variety of goods in the shop. Basics such as bread are available most days and if we run out we will get some in. Fresh milk is delivered from a local dairy, eggs are also sourced locally. We do sell newspapers and if you want we can take orders for your favourite paper which we collect from Richmond each day. We have some extra so if you do not order one there may be one for you but we do have to take back the unsold ones by about 11am. We have a selection of toys for the children and of course sweets and well as alcohol for the adults. There is a cigarette machine in the shop.

The reception is open from:
8.30 am to 6pm Monday to Thursday inclusive.
8,30am to 8pm on Friday
8.30 am to 7pm Saturday
8.30 to 2pm on Sunday

All pitches are booked from Midday on day of arrival until midday on day of departure.
Occasionally late stays until 5pm may be available at a fee of £5:00 Please ask at reception

We do take seasonal caravans and we also have an offer for people who we cannot fit on as a seasonal tourer. We can store you on pitch for the price of two night’s rental and £3.00 nightly storage for five more nights. We can do this for 4 weeks minimum. Please ring for more details of this offer.

There is a Take-away on site which is open on friday and saturday evenings serving delicious Pizza and Burgers, Bacon and Sausage sandwiches are available on Sunday mornings.
